What is Spiritual Alchemy? 

Spiritual alchemy is the process of transforming our lower selves into our higher selves. This is done through a variety of means, including but not limited to: self-reflection, meditation, prayer, and service to others.

The goal of spiritual alchemy is to awaken our true nature, which is pure consciousness or spirit. When we connect with our higher selves, we experience a deep sense of peace, love, and joy. We also come to realize that we are all connected and that we are all one.
