Our mindfulness course for adults is an amazing journey towards self-growth and flourishing. This is a self-paced course. If you complete 2 to 3 hours of study time per week you will compete the course within an 8 week time frame. In addition to your study time you will be incorporating mindful loving into your life.

Who created our Mindfulness Course For Adults

This training is provided through KOTUS Rising and Elizabeth Mulhane. Elizabeth has completed an honours degree in psychology and a thesis in improving wellbeing with mindfulness and sound. She is also a qualified yoga teacher, tai chi qigong instructor and has serval certificates related to improving wellbeing. Moreover, Elizabeth has over 35 years experience in practicing mindfulness and various forms of meditation.
