"I believe every person carries within them an unshakeable inner knowing. My life's work has been to create pathways that help people — and the children they care for — return to that knowing."
Elizabeth-Anne Mulhane is the founder of KOTUS Rising™ — a globally recognised provider of accredited online training in mindfulness, meditation, somatic movement, and spiritual psychology. With over four decades of practice, study, and teaching, Elizabeth bridges the science of wellbeing with the wisdom of inner alignment.
A lifelong pursuit of
knowledge and flourishing
Elizabeth has spent decades in private study across every major religion, philosophy, quantum physics, and consciousness research — drawn always to what unites rather than divides. She believes that as humanity deepens its understanding of science and spirit, we will increasingly recognise what has always been true: that we are fundamentally connected, and that wellbeing flows from living in alignment with that truth.
This conviction became KOTUS Rising™ — named for its founding principle, the Kingdom Of The Unified Spirit. Everything Elizabeth teaches, creates, and offers flows from this single belief: that when we align our Mind, Heart, and Gut, and connect with something greater than ourselves, we flourish.
A body of work built for
transformation across the lifespan
Three levels of internationally accredited training — from foundational mindfulness for children through to advanced meditation, chakra systems, and somatic awareness for adults. Aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Accredited through IMMA and recognised by NESA.
